Which European Consumer Centre should you go to?
Your complaint goes to the ECC in Ireland.
You go to the ECC in your own country, even if the rental company is in another country.
What you need: your rental contract, the claim, your objection letter and the reply (or proof that no reply came).
Do you live outside the EU, Norway, Iceland and the UK? Then the ECC network cannot help you; contact the consumer organisation in your own country.
